IPL PHOTOREJUVENATION

The photorejuvenation process uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to treat brown pigmented areas of the skin and red vascular lesions (blood vessels visible on the skins surface). IPL can also be used to treat acne,  and for hair removal.

The filtered light is directed onto the skin and absorbed by the melanin (for pigmented spots) and by the blood (for vascular lesions)  and by the hair follicle (for hair removal).

IPL can be booked as a single session but optimal outcomes are achieved when a course of six to eight treatments is undertaken - the number of treatments will vary depending on what is being treated.

A discounted rate is offered when six or more treatments are booked and paid for on the first consultation or first IPL treatment session.
