FRACTIONAL LASER (NON-ABLATIVE)

We use the very latest Palomar Starlux 500 laser system imported from the United States for non-ablative laser treatments. This type of laser technology can be performed on most areas of the body including the face, chest, arms and hands.

The Non-Ablative Fractional Laser sends narrow focused microbeams to the deeper layers of the skin whilst leaving the surface layer, the stratum corneum, intact. This allows for rapid recovery time after treatment (typically the skin has a pinkish tone for up to 5-7 days). Most people are able to receive a treatment and return to work or other activities without any recovery time required.

This type of laser is much less painful and with a much quicker recovery time after treatment than the older CO2 ablative lasers.

The laser stimulates collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers of the skin - resulting in:

• Reduced fine lines and Wrinkles
• Evening out of skin tone
• Reduced skin sallowness
• Removal of age spots
• Reduction and repair of scars and stretch marks
