Soft Tissue Fillers

Soft Tissue Dermal fillers are smooth injectable gels placed below the skin's surface in the face and lips to literally ‘plump up' or ‘fill in' static (wrinkles present when the face is at rest) facial wrinkles and folds that are present at rest.

This results in a more refreshed facial expression. Fillers can also be used to replace the loss of volume that occurs with the ageing of the face.

The fillers are composed of Hyaluronic Acid, a natural complex sugar that is naturally present within the skin tissues. It combines with collagen and elastin to help provide skin's structure and elasticity.

The injected gel gives instant results that typically last for up to a year.

We have several different fillers available including those that include a local anaesthetic to decrease any tenderness on injecting the gel into the facial tissues.

Dermal fillers should always be injected by a Doctor or after consultation and examination and under direct supervision from a Doctor.
