DAY TWO – Relax. Try a yoga class. Learn simple breathing exercises. Connect with friends.

 

DAY THREE – Go green. Get out in nature and take in the surroundings, even if its just for five minutes.

 

DAY FOUR – Eat clean. Avoid fast, fried and processed food. Gravitate toward mood-boosting foods such as watermelon, sunflower seeds and sweet potatoes.

DAY FIVE – Make a move. Establish an exercise routine.

 

DAY SIX – Foster friendships. Connect with family in person.

 

DAY SEVEN – Pamper yourself. Learn how to meditate before bedtime.

 

DAY EIGHT – Sleep in beauty. Sleep in or take a nap.
